i just bought my first razer headset and i cant see some "letters" how can i recover my code?

Sorry to hear about what happened to your activation card. Please be aware that a damaged or lost card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, allow me to submit a case on your behalf by sending me the following:



a. A photo showing the damaged activation card.

b. The email address that is associated to your Razer ID.

c. A photo showing your headset's serial number.
