Ctrl+Alt keybind not work

I used to use a BlackWidow V3 Pro and I was able rebind a few keys to be purely modifiers, one example was “Ctrl + Alt”, but I just got BlackWidow V4 Pro and when I try to make this same keybind, it wont do it. It will just bind to either “Ctrl” or “Alt”. Is there any way to do this on the V4 Without having to make a macro.
