Trying to figure out why the 1 mouse in particular the cursor breaks. Background - Mouse cursor disappeared on me and locked. Restarted comp, tried plugging and unplugging, mouse settings, repairing razer synapse, turning off synapse. Got other razer mouse. Plugged in works fine cursor comes back. Tested both at same time. Found the cursor on the basilisk is stuck snapping bot right of the screen and wont come unsnapped. (snap feature on PC is not on) I can move the cursor using the other mouse i have but the basilisk snaps it back in to place. Tried unplugging the "working mouse" to see if it would reset the basilisk. Still stuck snapping. Why would just the 1 particular mouse break. (Also checked to make sure sensor was clean and nothing in it, all looks fine.)

Does the issue happen when the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Were there any changes applied to your device/system before the issue? Did you try to connect your mouse to another computer and check if the issue persists? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps from this link.
