Cursor Not Moving (Viper Mini SE)

Hello. I got the Viper Mini SE around 2 months ago & it’s been working perfectly fine up until today. Nothing was wrong when I initially turned my PC on, but after a few hours of not touching it, it seems that the mouse’s cursor has just decided to stop working. The buttons still work, and I’ve tried methods such as updating the mouse, changing USB ports for the plugin, and removing & repairing the mouse, but nothing has worked thus far.

I’m here to assist you. Let’s run through a few quick checks to isolate the problem. Does the issue happen when the mouse is used wired, wireless, or both, and were there any recent changes to your system such as new software, drivers, hardware, or Windows updates before this started? Please also test the mouse on another computer and make sure it’s plugged directly into a USB port on the PC, then check if the same behavior occurs when Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? if closing Synapse fixes the issue, kindly reinstall your mouse drivers and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse. Please also follow the troubleshooting in this article for fix the mouse cursor issue. If the problem still persists after these steps and the mouse behaves the same way on another PC, please send me a  PM with your device serial number, region and proof of purchase so I can check your replacement options.
