Custom Lighting On A Device Without Synapse

Hey, I have a razer Lancehead TE. I have 1 device that has synapse installed and was wondering if it was possible since this mouse has "on Board Memory" to set a custom lighting effect in synapse and be able to use that effect on computers without synapse. Currently, I have a lighting effect while in synapse (I'm not sure if this matters, but I run synapse offline) but as soon as I unplug my mouse and use it on a device without synapse I just get the default spectrum cycling.
