Custom Mappings don't work in Apps that are running as Administrator

I hope the title is clear.

I tried to launch Synapse as admin but it didn’t solve the issue. Exiting Synapse and Turning Off User Account Control also didn’t solve the issue.

I don’t have this problem with Logitech so this should be fixable.

My bad; the button was mapped to run an AHK script which hadn’t Admin permission
