my custom print razar orochi v2 has not shipped since Sunday last week, and when I did the order, i used a guess account and ive been waiting on a email that it has shipped and Ive seen online that it takes 2-10 ish business days to deliver so im a bit confused as to why its taking a long time to ship out. and not having any update to whats going on with my mouse is very frustrating as well as i was charged for my order so it had to of been confirmed but nothing has happened ever since.



I'm more so just a bit confused on whats going on, if someone could help me with what to do that would be helpful.
