Trying to get assistance is terrible! Just got brand new laptop back and it shows no battery detected. Any thoughts

Me too, brand new laptop no battery detected , it is not charging did you ever get support for this?
I did fix it, myself. After the unit was returned from their service department with this issue, I decided to pull the back cover off. The ribbon connector to the battery wasn't installed properly after they worked on it. I've I plugged it in correctly, worked fine.
I did have to run to home depot to get the proper tools.
