i bought 2 sets of Kaira Pro - Headsets on dec 16 2020. 2 weeks ago 1 pair will not turn on at all. so i contacted support , they made me take pic of serial number and video of not working even while charging. sent proof of purchase from GameStop since i didn't have receipt , but they kept emailing me back saying it wasn't good enough for a different reason after i would send in what they deny for. then today after i sent pdf of purchase from GameStop . so do they just screw everyone over after 6 months even tho its says 2 year warranty
