I purchased a PS5 controller from razer, it arrived fine, it wasn't what I expected so I am trying to return it. I did a return RMA with razer, they sent me a FedEx label for sending it. Sounds simple enough except they did not include the other documentation that is required.



FedEx in Canada would not accept the box as they said they didn't have the other documentation needed. Apparently this states country of origin, contents of the materials etc, battery contents etc. These are not things they allow me to manually type in or write out, it's an actual form that legally is required for returns of this nature.



Now comes the hard part... contacting Razer. There is no place to actually get someone to help. The support area doesn't allow you to open a ticket unless you have an order number, which I have... but for some reason the support form doesn't recognize it and it won't let me create a ticket without this.



I'm tech savy, I work in IT so I'm not new to sites, forms etc and I understand why they don't have a toll free number or chat easily found... it'd be overrun with people. That said.. how can a customer actually get help?



In googling I found a phone number for Razer that is in Google's cache and was once in the sit but now Razer has a redirect to their support page that offers you siz options and if your issue is something outside one of these, you're not getting help.



Replacement parts - NA

Order Return - seems this is it.. wait.. only allows me to create my RMA

System Recovery - NA

Headset Activation Code - NA

RMA Status - Only allows em to see my tracking info.. no contact options

Case History - NA because I can't open a ticket



Below this a pull down and I've been trying random ones to see if I can get in touch with someone... thus far, all their system does is not work. (see attachment) I pixelated the last digit of my order number for privacy concerns. You can see the error it gives me, stating my order number isn't valid yet in the email Razer sent me, this is the order number.



Anyone have advice to physically reach a human to get the international Canada to USA paperwork needed here? It's not general paperwork, it' specific to my order so yes, I need an actual person at Razer.
