yesterday i've bought from the razer eu store the razer nari ultimate headset (the 200$ one) and now i have an email form FedEx saying that i have to communicate my NIN (Codice Fiscale) and my billing address in order to compile fees modules and customs.

I have already paid the 22% italian VAT (iva) for a product that is outside the EU? and is an europe registered store asking me to pay importation taxes on something that they sell without telling me that the product is outside the EU?

Is this just a misunderstanding or i have to pay importation fees that razer have never talked about? (european store importing from hong kong asking me to pay for something that i do not even know where is)
