I was given a razer cut cord deal as i filed a warranty claim for faulty LED’s on my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL. I am worried as if i cut my cable cant they just deny my warranty claim and then my product is unusable. I do believe it will get accepted but thats a big risk for a $300 product. Is there any way they confirm my warranty claim for the LED issue is approved before I cut the cable? I don’t want to damage the product if the claim might be denied.
