Cyanosa Lite - Synapse 3 not able to customize keys

Hi there, I got my cyanosa lite a few days back. It works perfectly and I can create basic macros on the fly but I haven´t been able to bind any macro via the synapse software. It seems that the software struggles to create profiles, but even after managing to create one, it doesn´t appear anyware how to customize the keys. I have an completely updated windows 10 and I have tried to install and reinstall this in two different laptops. In case this is relevant (I don´t think so) keyboard has spanish layout (with ñ). Any help will be deeply appreciated Picture of me hovering with my mouse over the letter L.
