Cynosa Chroma goes to default settings when WIN+L Locked

is there a way to stop this? my Cynosa Chroma will go back to default Rainbow Light settings when i lock my computer. i dont shut it down, it runs 24/7/365 and just sits idle when im not using it. but when i WIN+L my computer, the keyboard loses its settings i have setup of 45% Blue always on single color.
