Cynosa Chroma Keyboard


I've got a new Cynosa Chroma Keyboard and it randomly goes out when it's plugged in. It'll not even show up when I start up my computer at times. What can I do to check if this is working right or if it's a POS? I've currently got an Acer predator keyboard that's backlit and it works fine...I just hate the noise it makes.

To isolate if this is a software issue, please make sure to install the latest version of Synapse that can be downloaded from this link: http://rzr.to/synapse-3-pc-download. Delete first all the files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories before proceeding with the reinstallation process. If this doesn't help, kindly plug your device to a different PC for additional testing. Should the issue persists, feel free to drop me a PM so we can proceed with warranty validation.
