Cynosa chroma keyboard stopped working

My keyboard stopped working. The lights are still on, but all the keys are unresponsive. I tried to update the firmware, but the website doesn`t even have it for RZ03-0226. When I`m trying to use other Chroma firmware versions, the update doesn`t work - it`s stuck on the initial window with "connect the device to your PC". Well IT IS CONNECTED. I rebooted the computer multiple times, changed USB port, uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, and nothing works.

Your keyboard is highly likely on a “Demo Mode” right now. Please refer to this article that provides some instructions on how to hard reset or exit "Demo Mode" on your Razer keyboard. Should the issue persists, send me a PM with the serial number to validate your device for RMA options.
