When I purchased your keyboard you should be happy to know that even though it says it works with the Synapse app it doesn't. I don't know if it is an error on your end but it doesn't work with V2. Now I had also tried to get V3 but it won't even open on my laptop. Please help me resolve this issue or I will return the device to the Walmart I had purchased it from.
