Cynosa Lite button issues, firward update?

Hello,

I bought a Razer Cynisa Lite a couple of years ago, Model number RZ03-0274, and have been having several issues with it.

The first is when locking my PC using Win key + L, and then unlocking it, it is as thought my PC thinks my L key is stuck. When ever I am about to type something, it just keeps spamming Ls.

Second, whenever I press the left control button in my browser, it automatically zooms in. This is annoying since I use a lot of keyboard shortcuts.

Third, whenever I press the right control button, my PC also thinks I am pressing the number 8 button. I know this because whevever I am on a browser with multiple tabs, it will always take me to the eigth tab. Also, I tested this with notepad, and whenever I press the right control, an 8 will appear. Weirdly, it only happens with the right control.

I tried using my keyboard with and without Synapse open, and in multiple USB ports but it is always the same.

I heard that these issues can be resolved by updating the firmware but I could not find for the Cynosa Lite. I went to this page but could not find it:

My question is where can I find the latest firmware for the Cynosa Lite? Is it not supported anymore? Otherwise, is there some other way I can resolve the above issues? If not, I will have to look into getting a new keyboard.

Hope someone can help. :)

Hi,

I encountered the same issue as you with my Razer Cynosa Lite keyboard. However, I only experienced the sticking L key problem. I couldn't find a firmware update for the Lite version either, so I tried using the firmware files for the Cynosa and Cynosa Chroma Pro, but neither could detect my keyboard when plugged in, which was very frustrating.
