Cynosa Lite keys not working

Hi guys, I bought the Cynosa Lite a bit more than a month ago and so far I'm loving it. Yesterday Some keys stopped working though, left arrow, top arrow and the enter on the numeric keypad. Is there a way to fix this or is it just gone? I had a moment yesterday when they worked again briefly just to disappear shortly. Thanks for the help!
