Cynosa Lite not working at all. No lights, or connections.

It randomly stopped working sometime ago. I don’t see the driver, it doesn’t show in settings, and it doesn’t light up.

I assume it’s not available in Windows device manager?

Have you tried in another USB port (at least USB 3.0) or on another PC?

Does it work when you’ll move with the cable?

I have the same problem. Not detected by windows 11 after update for the second time in 2 months. Tried hard reset, windows update, synapse 2, 3 and 4 beta.

I fixed the issue with Synapse. Razer support did not held because my warranty on the keyboard was expired by 2 months. I was offered a 10 bucks discount… when signing up for the newsletter.

 

I did a system reboot prior to the windows and Synapse update. The RGB then worked and Synapse detected the Keyboard. After a hard reset the Keyboard is now working.
