Cynosa V2, 2 weeks and problems appear...

Hello, It's the first time I buy Razer's products after reading a lot of content about it. Everything was good with my keyboard Synova V2 but after just 2 weeks of usage : Echap, 2, F1 to F12 keys doesn't work anymore. I'll check with the support but it's the first time in my life that I have a problem with a keyboard... :frown_: Do you guys have encounter the same problem ? Thanks,
