Cynosa V2
My cynosa that I have had for about 7 months has been acting up lately. While I’m using the keyboard all lights will go out and the keyboard won’t work whatsoever and windows won’t recognize the usb device. Anyone have any pointer or know any solutions??

Have you tried changing USB ports or disabling Synapse to check if it yields the same issue? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows OS by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, do send me the serial number of your keyboard via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look for a way to sort out this issue.
