basically i got the keyboard 2 years ago but managed to ignore that the bottom 3 arrow keys were always the wrong colour even when i changed settings, does anyone have like firmware updaters or something…. idk how to fix it. help me!!!

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you reset it by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue you're currently experiencing.
