Cynosa V2 FN Key not doing anything.

Hi, I've had this keyboard for a while but recently I've notice that my FN key while it works (lights up the right F Keys) you can't activate the functions, like turn the lights down, activate gaming mode etc. Like if I press FN + F11 instead of the function it will make something full screen like a normal F11 key. Any ideas? Cheers.

    Came here with the same issue. Top row of keys don’t always work on their own or with Fn Hypershift bindings. Not sure of a solution and doesn’t seem like any support is being given.

    Still no support and another user with the same problem. Razer shame on you! My whole family is loyal to your brand and no help whatsoever!!

    Having the same issue. It used to work fine and still functions as expected with Synapse closed out. Even when testing some random hypershift mappings to buttons outside of the FN row, it doesn’t do anything. I opted for just remapping F1-F3 to be my multimedia controls since I don’t utilize the default Windows functions of those keys. Really frustrating to not be able to use a feature of such an expensive device as advertised, though.

    my asdf row not responding at all, anyone know how to solve this.. already tried to check system update, and try to restart my laptop still doesnt work
