Cynosa V2 Keyboard Lighting Issue

Hello, I'm having issues with certain key leds not matching the rest of my keyboard. there's about 11 keys that change don't change to the correct color. They are always different. For example I change the keyboard color to purple, those 11 keys are blue. If I apply the Fire effect, those 11 keys are green. I tried doing a clean re-installation of Synapse and that didn't help.

Does the issue happen while connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer? Please reset the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see if it helps.
