Cynosa v2 keycaps are backwards

Took me one day to notice this oddity - the keyboard's keys caps are oddly backward and show the 'SHIFT' keys at the bottom of the caps rather than the top (example: on the '2' key, the '2' is above the '@'). This is very non-standard across the globe! I also read that this is the way ALL Razer keyboards are built. Why?? Who made the decision to build these this way?? Do I have an option to return or replace??
