I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix an issue I'm having where if I press Numpad 5, it outputs "5.", and if I press Numpad 0, it outputs "20". I'm on a Razer Cynosa v2. I've uninstalled the device in Device Manager and rebooted, and I've even used the keyboard on another system entirely, but the issue still persists. I've tried searching for drivers and firmware on the manufacturer's website, but I can't seem to find them. I tried the two Cynosa "firmware updater" apps, but neither recognized when my keyboard was plugged in. I tried using the "factory reset" option in the Synapse app, but that just created a new profile.
