D.Adder Pro v2 Dongle disconnecting

The dongle connects and disconnects in a loop.  I am unable to run the firmware updater because it wont stay connected.  Mouse works fine when wired, seems to be a dongle issue only.

Suggestions?

    Test it on another PC so you’ll see is it PC issue or the dongle itself.

    If the issue continues on another computer, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troueblshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
