My DA v2 pro light either turns off or goes white when I try to use synapse to interact with the RGB in any way (except for changing brightness, that still works apparently). I have redownloaded synapse, updated the mouse firmware, reset the drivers (which forced me to have to use the device finder troubleshoot tool), tried alternate software (openRGB), all to no avail. The RGB functions when I restart the mouse, only for it to fail again once synapse tries to interact with it. For some reason, it functions normally if i plug in the mouse directly with the cable.

I’m at a loss.
