After a few hours of use, the mouse frequently disconnects, and this issue occurs repeatedly. I attempted to resolve the problem by replacing the battery, but the disconnections persisted. I also performed a reset through Razer Synapse 3, but the issue still remains.
As of now, after two days, the mouse no longer enters pairing mode.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support on possible next steps to resolve this issue.
