Damaged 7.1 Surround Sound Code
Hello I just bought Razer Black Shark V2 X headset fresh from my local game store. I apparently scratched the code too hard that some letters of the whole code is unreadable. May i request for somehow a retrieval of this code or perhaps a new one? Thank you for the kind consideration

Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval.
Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread
Prepare the followings~~~
- Name
- S/N
- P/N
- Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
- Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
- Photo of the damaged Activation Code
