Damaged code for kraken X headphones

I recieved the scratch code with my razer kraken x headphones that i bought directly through the razer webpage, unfortunately the card with the code on it had a dent and was slightly ripped, and when i scratched it to reveal the code it made it worse and i cant see the first 3 numbers of the code, i read some other peoples threads that have had this problem and i noticed that damage to the code is not covered by the limited warranty razer provides, however this was not entirely my fault as the code came damaged leaving me unable to redeem it, is there a way that i can redeem it otherwise?
