Damaged Key Activation for Kraken X Lite 7.1

So i just bought a kraken X Lite this week and when i tried to get the key to acess the full potential of my headset, i damaged the paper and it's now impossible to read the code. My headset is now set as a generic one and i can use it as it should be used. It is possible to get a new one? I have the bill of sale and all the data if needed.
