Damaged Razer Blackshark V2 X Activation Code
Hello! I just recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X Gaming Headset and unfortunately, I accidentally damaged and scratched some parts of the activation code too hard that made some of it unreadable. I was just wondering if there is any chance of getting a new activation code to be used for activating the 7.1 surround sound feature. Thank you in advance!

PiezoESorry for the mishap. However, a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. You can contact our Support Team by submitting a case or send me a PM so I can assist in creating a request. I'll be locking this thread now.
