I mistakenly scratched off some number on my Razer gift card , I tried chatting with someone on the chat support and after getting the necessary information required I got disconnected and few hours later I received an email that they’ll be getting back to wait within 5-7 days excluding weekend or public holidays, this outta be a joke cos it’s no more necessary by then I don’t know why they’ll ask for details and do nothing about it it immediately , can anyone help me sort this out right away?
