I have 300$ Razer gold gift card that is damaged but Razer support didn’t accept em, so I try the code one after another, anyone here with same issue???

Unfortunately, I have limited access to this part of our system. However, I suggest that you submit a ticket or contact our Razer Gold Support Team Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:
1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
