Damaged Razer Gold Gift Cards – Request for PIN Recovery ($200 and $50)

Hello Razer Gold Support,

I am requesting assistance with two damaged Razer Gold gift cards valued at $200 and $50, totaling $250.

Unfortunately, I accidentally scratched off some digits in the middle of the PIN codes, making them difficult to read. I have not attempted to redeem either card. I still have both original physical cards and my purchase receipt.

Could you please help me recover the missing PIN digits or advise whether the cards can be replaced after verification?

I can provide clear photographs of both cards and my proof of purchase. Please let me know if you require any additional information.
