I brought a razor gold card and discovered the codes on the card are missing! What should I do

Also please be aware that any @gmail or @outlook.com “support e-mail” is NOT OFFICIAL Razer e-mail. The only way is to contact through the form on official Razer’s website.
I mistakenly scratched out some codes and I can’t make use of the card I’ll be glad if you can help me out and get back the code damaged
