Hello Razer Support,

 

I’m reaching out regarding a Razer Gold gift card I recently purchased, but unfortunately the code became partially damaged while scratching off the protective layer.

 

Some digits in the middle section are no longer visible, making it impossible for me to redeem the card. However, other parts of the code and the barcode/serial number are still clearly visible.

 

Here are the details:

 

  • Visible code parts: 307 584 **** 2062
  • Barcode number: (removed)
  • Issue: Code scratched off unintentionally during normal use

 

 

I have attached a clear image of the card showing its current condition.

 

I would really appreciate your assistance in recovering or verifying the full code so I can redeem the value of the card. I can also provide proof of purchase if required.

However, I suggest that you submit a Submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

    1. Everything has to be a separate image.
    2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
    3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
    4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
    5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
