Hello I bought a new Headphone ( BLACKSHARK V2 X ) last day. 21/2/2022 and for activating surround 7.1 i accidentally damaged scratch code. I uploaded photo and details on my google drive already. .i sanded pm to @Razer.Xenon . Please help Thanks

Apologies for the inconvenience, but @Razer.Xenon is no longer part of the team. With that said, do send me the serial number of your headset along with a photo of the scratched card. I can use those to submit a code generation request on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
