Please be informed that Razer device’s warranty belongs to the original owner, and the standard 2-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase shown on the original receipt. Because of this, the warranty start date is based on the first owner’s original proof of purchase and is not transferable to a second owner. Also, we’re not able to change or override the purchase date in our system. Feel free to ping me if you need further assistance. Have a good one!
