my mice has a lot of disconnecting and reconnecting issues and i'm willing to fix it but i cant find a proper cable for it. Also can i use cable from a other razer mouse to replace in vietnam ?

Basically yes - you can use the cable from other mouse, but it need to match the JST plug size and pin number. Also the cable color must match (color order) on the JST plug - but it’s possible to remove PINs from JST housing, and just put them in correct order.
