Day 18 of Requesting a Fix for Broken Blackwidow V4 Command Dial


A Razer Support moderator took down all of my previous posts and opened yet another generic case on the issue, in the same manner which has been done repeatedly, without anything new happening. So I am continuing to create threads until the actual problem is addressed. 

 

The Blackwidow V4, Razer’s premier, newest keyboard, has a unique feature that is the core selling point of the product: The Command Dial. 

 

The Command Dial cannot be customized or configured in Razer Synapse 3 or Razer Synapse 4 (nothing works in 4), as the software simply does nothing when you click on any of the configuration options. There are several community posts that have been alive for months trying to seek a resolution to this issue.

There have been several support tickets raised and all of them closed without resolution. I will create a new post every day until this bug is fixed and this extremely expensive keyboard has its primary feature enabled.
