Dead battery, Razer Assist does not submit any ticket

Hi there,

The battery of my Razer Blade 15 2020 Advanced died a few days go. It is not swollen (yet) but as I moved in a tropical country a year ago I suspect it could be leaking. I need a replacement battery asap.

I tried to submit a ticket several times, but after answering all question of Razer Assist, the chatbot says it created a ticket that does not exists. No ticket in my support page, no confirmation email, nothing. I tried three times, no result.

Is there any way to open a ticket anymore ?

Please send me a PM so I can initiate a ticket on your behalf. However, there are no promises that your unit still has a spare part in our warehouse since the model belongs to our legacy products - category 2 (products that Razer can no longer provide repair service).
