Dead keys on Razer Blackwidow

I have a Razer Blackwidow (RZ03-0286) that I bought back in 2020 and over the last couple of days I have noticed that a couple of my keys are unresponsive. Specifically, the 1, 2, 3, 0 and Enter keys of the number pad do not do anything when pressed. In addition to not producing an input effect, they do not light up. The light under those keys does activate when triggered by another part of the keyboard. The down arrow key has the same issue. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps, including disabling Razer Synapse but nothing has changed.

Is this something that can be fixed, preferably without sending it away for repairs?

Hey, @sleekSasquatchSocks932!

Try to reisntall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
