Hi i seemed to be having some keys that is randomly unresponsive - specifically, keys “H”, “,” as these are the ones i use frequently so i notice it. I tried deleting my keyboard in device manager and restarting but the keys still dont work randomly - sometimes it works and sometimes i need to press multiple times. Any solutions for this please?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you clean the affected keys with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue you're currently experiencing.
