Hi i seemed to be having some keys that is randomly unresponsive - specifically, keys C, left arrow key, and y. I tried deleting my keyboard in device manager and restarting but the keys still dont work properly- i need to press multiple times. Any solutions for this please?

+1Yes - you still have warranty, just use it and RMA the faulty keyboard.
