Can Someone Help me, my Num pad 2, num pad 3 and, numpad enter, numpad 0 and arrow button cannot work, also my “d” keys often double clicks when i use it

please help

I understand that you're having a key input issue with your Razer BlackWidow V3. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
