It appears my Razer Microphone, a Siren X, is totally dead. Its been working fine, plugged it in today and it won’t power up. Tried every port on my computer. Every ports works fine with other devices, so it appears the fault is with the microphone itself.
I CANNOT for the life of me, figure out a way to contact Razer support for RMA. This thing isn’t even a year old yet, and its a brick. Is there any email or phone number for these guys??
