have a Deathadder v2 “RZ01-0321” that I bought new about 1.5 years ago, used it for about 2 months and then it was lying on the shelf and now I was going to use it again and it doesn't work. there is no damage whatsoever on it you can see that the laser lights up but the computer just says that it does not recognize the USB device. it doesn't light up or anything. very sad, it was an almost new one. seems like it lost memory or something. cannot update the software as the computer does not recognize the device. Is there any rescue?
